Hello, im having trouble with this one.
area of limited region f(x)=1/x²+4 and x axis
 
Since you are having trouble with this integration means that you have tried to solve it. Can you share at least one of your attempts so we can see where you are having trouble.
This was all stated in the posting guidelines which I guess you failed to read. If you had read them and followed them you would have received help by now.

You do realize that 1/x^2 + 4 = x^-2 + 4?

Do you mean [imath]\dfrac{1}{x^2+4}~?[/imath] If so, please learn to use grouping symbols!
 
Since the integrand is an even function …

[math]A = 2\int_0^\infty \dfrac{1}{x^2+2^2} \, dx[/math]
are you familiar with the antiderivative of a function with the form [imath]\dfrac{1}{x^2+a^2}[/imath] ?
