1) Given tha m<1 = (2x + 29) and m<2 = (5x + 130), find x.

the symbol < represents an angle.
 


This exercise must have provided you with some other information about how angles 1 and 2 are related.

Are they complimentary angles ? (If so, then x = -69/7.)

Are they supplementary angles ? (If so, then x = 3.)

Maybe, they both have the same measure. (If so, then x = -101/3.)

Maybe, it's something else.

We need more information, before we can write an equation and solve for x.

Please post the entire exercise.

If there are any parts that you do not understand, ask specific questions.

Assuming x = positive integer, then x = 1 or 2:
x = 1 : 14-31-135
x = 2 : 7-33-140
