im currently stuck and was wondering if someone could help, I understand everything upto where I am at. When it comes to needing the same number as the bottom value being +2 am I right in dividing the top value by 2?

Correct but at the time I didnt know if diving the top by the below value was the right method so I put a ? As I wasnt sure. But I managed to work it out as 2e^-2t sin(2t)

I didnt know what the correct value was as Ive never used the formula until 2hours ago, so I was wondering if I was right to divide 4 by 2. But ive already completed the question in better way
