There is a group of 11 friends that are starting a book sharing program.. They plan to each pick out a different book and send it to a friend. At the end of each month they will send the book in their possession to another person. Is it possible; for 7 months to have each friend send a book to a new person (someone they haven't send a book to already) AND to a person who has never had that book already?
Is there even a formula for this!?

Why do you think that all problems are solved by formulas? Sometimes you have to think.

I don’t even understand the question. At the start of the first month, does each person pick a book and read it for a month, or does each person choose a book and immediately send it elsewhere?
”For 7 months to have” is not grammatical English and means nothing. Is your question about the start of the seventh month or the start of the eighth month?
