I've forgotten how to simplify 3x^2 - 2x - 11

I have to simplify but I'm truely lost, any websites or step by step instruction would be nice....

I'll assume that by simplifying you mean factoring, but unfortunately the expression you gave cannot be factored. However, if it were:
3x^2 - 8x - 11
it would factor into
(3x -11) (x + 1)
