I need help with setting up a conversion table for the following problem.

Jim has $440 in his savings account and adds $12 per week. Rhonda has $260 and adds $18 per week.
a) How many weeks will it take for Rhonda to have the same ammount as Jim ?
b) When the values meet, how much will each person have ?

Where the heck did you get the term "conversion table" ?

Simple algebra: 440 + 12w = 260 + 18w (w = weeks)
Solve for w.

Normally, it's considered bad form to post in multiple locations.

I know it seems like you may get a faster response by posting all over the place, and this may be so, but you are asking for help from volunteers, many of whom help out at many different places. This makes the volunteers' time worth more than your time. If someone spends time answering a question, only to find that it has been answered adeqautely elsewhere, someones time may have been wasted. You don't get to make that choice.
