The lifetime of a certain equipment can be modelled by a random variable X and is given by the probability density function
f(x)= (xe^(-x/10)) / (100), x>=0. What is the probability that the lifetime of the equipment exceeds 20? Also find the mean and variance of x.

Hello. In order to receive help we need to know what you need help with. What do you know about what is being asked? Where are you getting stuck? Is f(x) a continuous function?
