Using a protractor I measured two (possible?) angles of interest to be (very approximately) 22° and 36° as shown below.
If you were reporting the matter to some authority or other you could (possibly) "safely say" it is leaning 30° off the vertical but please don't quote me or this forum. For all we know it could be leaning a whole lot more in a direction away from where the picture was taken; that cannot be perceived from a 2-dimesional image!
I don't see how you might expect us to provide any more accurate answers when there are absolutely no dimensions provided (and a picture taken from only one direction).
Thank you so much for the information and showing me how the lean might be measured. I will not quote you or this forum but I would like to share the work with my brother who also measured the angle using an online protractor as I had.
The only other dimension I was given is that it is under 60 ft. which I interpreted to mean close to 60 ft.
