Linear Binomial Rational Division Equation Solution

Have you considered algebra? You posted in the calculus section. No excuse.
 
Multiply both sides by (y-3) and distribute; then collect terms containing y.

At some point you will have to factor out y, which is the step many people miss.

Please show your work as far as you get, so we can see if you need additional help.
