Lost as to where to begin- Functions

Use the graphs of f and g. [the points are y=g(x) is at (-5, 6.5) and is a graph of an absolute value. Other values on the graph include (0, 0), and (5, 6.5) y=f(x) is at (-4, 0) and is a semi circle. Other values on the graph include (0, 4), and (5, 0). Intersection points are (-3, 4), (3, 4)]

1. A- Find each of the following:
(f+g)(0)



I don't know how to begin the equation to even fanthom solving. Can you help me please?
 
I don't get it... I can understand the zeros, but where did you get the 4 from?

And BOB says the answer is 5...

But thanks for trying...

Making a guess, from your description of what we're supposed to work with. (Since we can't see the picture you're looking at, we have no way of knowing if our guesses are correct.)

I tried to be un-vague, but I see where you are comming from.

I didn't understand how to get a number in for x, but your other post helped me.

And BOB is the Back of the Book, with the answers...

Sorry for the vagueness, and thank you for the help!
