If c(x) is in dollars for a company to produce x pair of jeans. What does c'(100) mean? What are its units?

I know C' is marginal cost.. are the units dollars as well?

c(100) normally means the value of x =100 . Units would be # of jeans

so if c(x) = 3x +50

then c(100) = 3(100) +50
c(100) =350

What does c'(100) mean?
It is the approximate cost of producing one more unit.
That is c(101)~c(100)+c’(100).
