Hello, AbhiKap here. I really need some help on this question:
14. What is the slope of the line y = 7x -8/3

I know I need to convert it to y=mx+b, but isn't it already like that?

Please Help and how do you find the slope.

Thanks, Help is appreciated.

So, the slope is 7?

Of course. That's what Denis wrote.

For ANY equation written in Slope-Intercept form, the number multiplying x (we call this number the coefficient on x) is the slope. Always.

The constant term is always the y-intercept.

Here is the reason WHY that form is called Slope-Intercept: because it clearly displays both the slope and the y-intercept.
