Since the problem did not define 'x' or 'y' axes - you can define those at your convenience.
I would define the beam - on which the wind load is perpendicular - to be my x-axis (positive going upward), and my y-axis perpendicular to that (in the plane of the paper and positive going up-ward).
Then the resultant of the wind load is - 15 j
Now find the location of the resultant wind-load by taking a moment around a convenient point - I would choose 'A' - (assuming the resultant is 'k' distance away from the chosen point - along the beam in consideration)
Now calculate the reaction forcaes at A and B.
Dont forget about the "horizontal reaction" force at A.
