Can you guys please help my son by answering this question

Assume that lake a has a prism-like shape with a constant depth and has an area of 75km2, find the height of the water levels with these volumes (2112 GL and 1083 GL)

What is the expression for volume of a prism with constant depth? - Look into your textbook/class-notes or Google. Then continue....

Please show us what you have tried and exactly where you are stuck.

Please follow the rules of posting in this forum, as enunciated at:

constant depth [with] area of 75km2,
find the height [for] volumes (2112 GL and 1083 GL)
Hi Rohan. They haven't specified units for the answers, but I've assumed they want those heights reported in kilometers because they provided the area in square kilometers (km^2).

The given volumes first need to be converted to cubic kilometers (km^3). If unit conversion is the sticking point, then here are relationships between gigaliter (GL) and cubic kilometer (km^3):

1 km^3 = 1000 GL

1 GL = 0.001 km^3

If your son needs additional help, then please ask him to share what he finds uncertain. Cheers

:)
