I have one question about the formula in this article:

I'm trying to use a formula (6) from page 165 for CBj wich is included in formula (20) page 167 to merge hyperboxes with min value from Euclidean distance and membership function based on centroid.
I have no idea what data I have to use there because in formula (6) I have Vj and Wj wich describe min and max point of hyperbox.
In formula (20) i have bj(CBj).
Maybe this question is very stupid but I have no idea how to solve it.
