Hello! I'm new to the site and am more of a programmer than a statistician, but I'd like to get better and hoping the site can help.
I have compiled the following information on a clinical trial into a pandas dataframe:
The full results of the trial are located here: https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/results/NCT00187135?term=NCT00187135&draw=2&rank=1
I'd like to group these records into one, and all of the fields are the same except for the p-values on the far left. I've read about the Fisher method of combining p-values, but as I said, I am not a statistician and don't know if using the method would be appropriate in this context. Can anyone provide insight into this problem, whether additional information is needed or possibly provide a solution?
