I wasn't at school on Saturday, but my teacher e-mailed me the homework. The one problem is I don't know the answers, nor do I have a book since its from the IMSA program. If any one can explain this stuff to me by tonight, it would be appreciated. Thanks. These are the questions:

What does each point on the graph represent?
What are the asymptotes of the graph of cosine?
What is the Domain and range of the graph of cosine?

Thanks in advance, daniel

Is this a calculus problem? I doubt it!
In fact, I doubt that the problem makes sense!
What is the statement of the actual problem?

This should be in the trig forum. Anyway, here's the cosine graph.

Do what you need to do. One thing good about the trig functions, they follow a repeating pattern.

I'm sorry, but it is nearly impossible for an online tutor to replace the missed classroom instruction within this sort of environment.

To learn about cosines and their graphs, please consider doing a search for the lessons already available online.

Thank you.

Eliz.
