Hey...I need help on these...I wasn't at school for 2 days and this is what they did:

x/4-3x/2=-1/2

8-w/10=3/5

x/4-3x/2=-1/2 : multiply each term by 4 (the lcm)

8-w/10=3/5 : multiply each term by 10 (the lcm)
