This is a case of Sugar Mill for which I am working out on the requirements of Refrigeration Load.
The problem is coming while establishing the product load.
What I need to find mathematically the following:
The size of the enclosed chamber with slit at the centre is 12.5metres in length and 2.5metres in width and 2.5metres in height.
At the centre the slit is 150mm through which the perforated Steel Belt carrying 125mm in height the Sugar Crystal.Till 6.25metres the sugar is heated to 65degrees celcius and in the next 6.25metres I have to cool the Sugar crystals to 40degrees celcius.
The bed carrying the sugar is 6.25metresx2metresx125mm in height.
The density of sugar is 1.29grams per cubic centimetre. The rate at which it is moving is 3metres per minute meaning it takes 2minutes time before it leaves the chamber. My problem is that how many Kg per 2minute it is leaving the chamber slit.
