But what, exactly are you saying? Do you want to buy books? There are plenty of international book sales houses where you can do that.

Do you want someone to send books to you? For that you will need a parcel post address, not an e-mail address.

Do you want someone to send copies of books to you? I would have to say it is not very bright to use such a public forum to solicit what is, basically, a 'international' crime.
