hey i was wondering what the equation would be for this problem i can't think of what it could be. can someone please help me.

problem-
A certain real estate agent receives $6 for every $100 of a house's selling. how much was a house sold for if the agent received $10,725

That's 6%

Let the selling price be x.

6% of x = 10725

6% * x = 10725

6x/100 = 10725
