Need help on a problem dealing with linear programming....

This involves linear programming, and this is the article that has to be used:

These three questions that pertain to the article that are confusing me are:

1. How many decision variables are there in the diet problem?
2. Give one of the decision variables in the diet problem.
3. Give an example of a problem constraint. (Do not give non-negativity constraint.)
