The first thing you will need to do is determine how many candies there are in one bag- you do that by adding the number of each color candy. The probability the first candy chosen will be blue is the number of blue candies divided by the total number. The probability the second candy chosen will be yellow is the number of yellow candies divided by one less that the total number of candies (because one has already been taken). The probability that you choose a blue and a yellow candy in that order is the product of those two. Do the same to determine the probability that you choose a yellow and a blue candy in that order. The add those two probabilities.
