I think that (e) is the most difficult one, so I will give you a push on that and you continue the others.
You have two ways to solve (e), disk method or washer method. I will use washer method.
volume = [MATH]\int_{0}^{1} 2\pi x(2x - 2x^2)\ dx[/MATH]
Or if you prefer double integral
volume = [MATH]\int_{0}^{1} \int_{2x^2}^{2x} 2\pi x\ dy \ dx[/MATH]
