Need help with math question

One property of a circle is that any point on its circumference will form a right-angled triangle with the endpoints of its diameter.
The circle x2+y2=4225 and a point C is shown below. Verify the property by showing that triangle ABC is right-angled.

Ok so would the co-ordinate for point A) be (0,65) and point B) (0,-65)

you need to show [MATH]AC^2 + BC^2 = AB^2[/MATH]

Alternatively, and possibly easier, is to show that the gradient of AC is the negative reciprocal of the gradient of BC (ie that they are perpendicular).
