Need help with one question ASAP

Name two monomials with a quotient of 12a^(-4)b^(4)

Are you clear on what this is asking you to do? Do you know what a "monomial" is?

You want to find x and y so that \(\displaystyle \frac{x}{y}= 12a^{-4}b^4\). Then \(\displaystyle x= (12a^{-4}b^4)y\).

Choose any simple monomial for y and multiply \(\displaystyle 12a^{-4}b^4\) by it!
