Need help with setup...

I just can't figure out how to set this guy up..

Find area of region inside r = 1 + sin@ and outside r = 1 + cos@.

I set
1 + sin@ = 1 + cos@ which gives me an intersection point of pi/4.

From here, I'm not sure how to set my limits. I think the equation should be something like:

A = .5S(1+sin^2@) d@ - .5S (1+cos^2@) d@

but the limits escape me.

Thanks tons, I got it now.

I didn't see that second intersection point of the two regions and that's what threw me off.
