The only restrictions are CB (and AB) <25 (and related by Pythagoras' thm)
CE (and FE) <30 (and related by Pythagoras' thm)

\underline{\tfrac{CD}{CB}=\tan 62}[/MATH]You can have any number of different triangles CFE, with different areas.
You could of course write the area of CFE in terms e.g. of CD.
