Need some Stats advice please. I would like to compare the before and after Anxiety scores against a treatment..

Which statistical analysis would you recommend to analyse how effective a treatment has been in reducing anxiety?
I would like to find the significance of the treatment by comparing pre-test anxiety with post-test anxiety scores and see if the treatment had any effect?

Example:
Pre test.....Post Test....Treatment Result
8................5................ 3.7
17..............6.................4.3
6................4.................5.2

What does those numbers mean? Does it mean that your client #1 scored 8 in pre(treatment) test? Then after the treatment (post) the client scored 5? Then what does Treatment result (column) mean?

Did you conduct the treatment on total 3 clients?
 
Hello, yes thats right :) The above are just examples.
I had 11 participants in that group. The Pre and Post test relate to anxiety scores from a survey and the Treatment result is on a Likert scale.
Basically, Anxiety reduced due to treatment, but how effective is the treatment score against the reduction in anxiety? That's my question.. Which statistical analysis would you recommend?

So the numbers in the "pre test" column and "post test" column are test scores.

What does the "treatment result" designate?
