Hey, I'm having a bit of trouble with dividing in equations. The one I've been working on is the following:
6x+x+x/4=450 (the / stands for divided by)
So far, I've been able to get to the following point:
7x+x/4=450
I understand everything up to here, but I'm not sure on the proper way of cancelling out by dividing.
