Hi
I have a question a split plot problem and how include one of the variables into the ANOVA. So here is what I know we have:
- 20 heterozygous families (A)
- 5 reps
- 2 genotypes (B)
So my whole plot factors are family and rep; my subplot factors are genotype, A*B, and Error.
Now what we have another factor : Location= 4 locations. How would this SOV be listed in the ANOVA without changing the design to split-split plot? And what would be the new degree of freedoms?
