non riemann integral

Does any one know an example of a function f such that the limit of T(f,D[n]) as n goes to infinity exists, but f is not Riemann integral?

hey thankz for your help but its awite ...this question is very complicated and goes into too much depth...so im going to leave it out thankz tho ...soorry bout that
 
howabout the function F(x) which is 1 when x is rational and 0 when it is not.

My professor LOVEs Dirichlet's function (why? I'm not too sure). He went on about it for days and every now and then he mentions it.
