Not looking for quick answer - Need help understanding Why/How this works.

I have finished 90% of my problems on my math assignment and have gotten them all right.

These ones are throwing me the issue. I want to understand Why/How they work, if possible and you're so kind to do a step by step for each problem I would be indebted.

1) (a-b)/(4b)=10a Solve for B - Answer is b=a/(40a+1)

2) a*w+1=(a+b)/3 Solve for A - Answer is a=(b-3)/(3w-1)

3) 3 2/3 * x + 2 5/8 = 4 1/2 * x - 6 3/4 Answer x=45/4

4) (3-x)/2 + 2/3 = 1 - (3*(2x-5))/2 Answer x = 38/15

5) (4x)/3 - 3 * (7-3x)/2 = (2x)/3 + 4(5-2x) Answer x = 183/79

6) 2x - 5y + 3xz = 20(x+y-z) Answer x = (-25y+20z)/(18-3z)


Let me know what I'm missing if possible? I really appreciate your help.

Thanks so much! I'm new to the forum, I wasn't trying to get the answers just to clarify. I seem to hit a brick wall once in a while. I'll let you know if I have any other problems! Again thanks so much for your guidance
