Dear math help participants

You need to fence in a rectangular enclosure. The side along the street needs a brick wall, which costs $40/foot, while the other three sides may be constructed of wood, and cost $10/foot. If the total area enclosed is to be 8000 square feet, what rectangular dimensions will yield the minimum cost for the fence, and what is the minimum cost, to the nearest cent?

I got $5,656.86 but I believe i may have rounded wrong

Can anybody show me the proper way to do this. Thanks in advance.
