It looks like you are trying the homogeneous substitution [imath]y=ux[/imath]. But the right side is not homogeneous. Just factor the numerator and denominator on the right side and use separation of variables.

Hint:

\(\displaystyle \frac{dy}{dx} = - \frac{x + x * y^2}{y + y * x^2}\)

\(\displaystyle \frac{dy}{dx} = - \frac{x * (1 +y^2)}{y * (1 + x^2)}\)

Now separate the variables and integrate....
