I can't figure out this one:

The perimeter of a rectangle is 160 ft. One fourth the length is the same as twice the width. Find the dimensions of the rectangle.

You have length A and width B

{2A + 2B = 160
{(1/4)A = 2B

Solve the system of equations.
Use Substitution.

Start by substituting (1/4)A into 2B in the first equation... and then solve the linear equation for A ----> 2A + (1/4)A = 160

once you get the value of A... substitute that value into either equation and solve for B

You will then be able to find your height and width.
