and the following question is, "What's the period? Include units."

I'm not sure how to answer this. As in, I'm not sure how to explain it in words, let alone in context to this equation. Help, please?

What's the period of q(t) = cos(t)? You should get 2pi.

What's the period of h(t) = cos(3t)? You should get (2pi)/3.

What's the period of r(t) = cos(a*t)? You tell me.
