Chapter 2 is 40% in the pie chart, as the problem says. The other percentages need to be adjusted based on the information in the problem.
How do we find the other 3 percentages? We know the number of pages in each chapter, but we don't know what % is 1 page. One way to find it is to first find a certain number of pages for which the % is known.

(90+125+85 =)300 pages constitute (100-40 =) 60% of pages of the book.
What "%" is then chapter 1 (90 pages)?
