Please help me solve this grid!

I have to find how many unique paths can be made with a 5x5 grid, making sure I go through every square only once, I also can only go up or down or horizontally but not diagonally, I can start and end at any point but just have to make sure I cover every square
Is there a rule to aid in finding this??
