Question : Circle O has a radius of 4 . The length of segment QR is 4 and PQ is a tangent segment. Describe 2 different methods you can use to find length of PQ.

Work I have done so far :
Method 1:
OR • RQ = PQ²
12 • 4 = PQ²
√48 = PQ²
√48 = 7 ( 6.928)

Method 2:
a² + 42 = 82
a² + 16 = 64
Subtract 16 from both sides
a= 48
√48 =7 ( 6.928)

No, that's not your question; it's the question you were given.

What are you asking from us? Just to confirm that you are right, or to suggest 15 other methods, or what?

Yours are good, and I don't know that you have to say anything more, unless "describe" means that you need to use words.
