Please help me with this sequence!

I have been assigned a sequence and have to write a recursive equation supporting it. I can't seem to figure out the common difference for my equation! Help me please :)

{-4, 3, -10, -8, -56,...}
 
Please proofread your post for errors.

We like to know things, such as what you have tried or thought about thus far.
