Suggestion: You have two runners moving at a constant speed in a circle. Typically you will want to consider angular speeds rather than linear speeds.
So what is the angular position of each runner when t = 50 minutes? (And remember you want the angular position between 0 rad and [math]2 \pi[/math] rad.)
