please help very frusterated with this Approximation problem

Please explain your thoughts beyond solving this if you can:

Approximate the series with an error of 4 decimal places (ie. 0.00001)

\(\displaystyle \sum Sin^2(n)/(n^5)\) from 1 to infinity

Im not sure how to solve and not sure cant take the integral

please help
