Please introduce some books about finite chain ring. I am conducting a study on it, so i need them. please replay me as soon as possible, so that i finish my job on time.

Please list the references that you have found - to avoid duplication of effort.

It took me a look at the first google reference to finite chain rings to find a bibliography.

I see. i am sorry. what i found introduce finite chain ring too succinctly.
Do you mean that you have already read the article abstracted at

.

and read all the items in the bibliography provided in the abstract?

Or do you mean that you have not studied ring theory?

I do not know why - but s/he posted following in the report section:

[1] G. Norton, A. Salagean, On the structure of linear and cyclic codes over finite chain rings Appl. Algebra Eng. Commun. Comput. 10 (2000) 489–506
[2] Proceedings of the 16th International Conference on Computational and Mathematical Methods in Science and Engineering, CMMSE 2016 4–8 July, 2016

I use this forum for the first time. I do not know what meaning the report section is. I come from a country , which does not view English as official language.

I study it for first time.

Your English is so gnomic as to be indecipherable.

You study what for the first time. Ring theory? The cited article?

Let’s start afresh.

Have you studied abstract algebra? Do you know what a group is in mathematics? Do you know what a ring is in mathematics?

If the answer to all those questions is yes, can you say what specifically you need to understand!

please forgive me. i am so sorry for my rude and bad behave. as for my foundation of abstract algebra, i have known a little, including foundation of group and ring. because i want to study some codes over finite chain ring, i need to know something about finite chain ring. what i want to know is extension of finite chain ring, how to factor polynomial over finite chain ring (maybe it need hessel lift in my view), ideals of finite chain ring. thank you very much for you reply.

Then my suggestion is to start with the references cited in the journal article I found plus that article itself. I really have no better suggestion than that; this strikes me as a fairly specialized branch of mathematics, and you will either need to find a specialist in the field to talk with or use bibliographies to find the literature that the field has generated.

You might try math stack exchange.

i will try to do it. thank you for your help.
