Hi guys!

I think that the 2nd of these linie equation is written incorrectly, could anyone please confirm and correct me?

For this:

I am trying to find the spots "e" and "f"

The "e" part I can rewrite the equation, but with "f" I have problems with - should it be "f-d" on the numerator instead of "d-f"?

Thanks in advance

hi!

I just can not figure out to rewrite the 2nd equation to isolate "f" the way it is written.

Could anyone pls write the steps to moving from isolated "alpha" to "f"?

alpha*(d - b) = d - f

f + alpha*(d - b) = d

f = - alpha*(d - b) + d

f = d - alpha*(d - b)

one more question: is this also legit?:

alpha*(d - b) = d - f

alpha*(d - b) + f = d

f = d - alpha*(d-b)
