I know this is a simple question but i need answers. Is it possible to make a graph with the equation as the only given? No values for x nor y?

Yes! - if the domain or range is known - explicitly or implicitly.

Please post a problem (and your associated work) - so that we can discuss in detail.

When you make a graph for an equation, typically you choose values for x, and use the equation to calculate values for y (though there are other kinds of equation you could have in mind). You don't need to be given specific numbers, except as SK indicated, if the x values need to be in some particular interval.
