Tommy rolled a pair of dice 20 times. Juicy got a sum of four in 8 of the trials, and decided four must be my lucky number! What would you say to help Juicy better understand probability?

I assume that Juicy thought that four must be Tommy's lucky number, not yours! (see bold words above.)
What to say depends on their age/ ability. I could simply ask Juicy and Tommy to repeat the experiment two or three more times to see if four remains the most common outcome.
But in the long run, to better understand probability I'd recommend that Juicy pays close attention during probability class
