Thank you!Cookiemonster, in this case you can get rid of the negative exponents on the subexpressions by moving them to the opposite parts of the fraction:
\(\displaystyle \dfrac{2x \cdot 2y^3(2x^3y^3)^3}{x^2y^2}\)

Thank you!Start with the denominator. How do you raise a power to a power? Now focus on the negative exponents. What do they mean? Finally, look for like bases in the numerator and denominator. How can you simplify those?
