Here's a problem I am working on and could use some help.

15^2 + 16x + 4
4 - 25x^2

= ( 15 + 4)(4 +x)
4 - 25x

so I stop cause it didn't look right.

I think you have.

15x^2 + 16x + 4
______________
4 - 25x^2

Factor the numerator and the denominator. The denominator is the difference of two squares.

(5x + 2)(3x + 2)
______________
(2 - 5x)(2 + 5x)

Simplify

3x + 2
_____
2 - 5x

is this one right

x^2 – 8x + 15
x^3 – 5x^2 + 6x

=(x-3)(x-5)
x(x^2+2)(x-3)
x+5
x(x^2+3)

Your factoring is awry.
x^2 – 8x + 15
x^3 – 5x^2 + 6x

(x-3)(x-5)
x(x-2)(x-3)

x-5
x(x-2)
