I think it is asking about how a number [imath]x^n[/imath] would be written in base x.
You didn't write the x as a subscript, which is why it looks like nonsense: [imath](a)_{10}=(?)_x[/imath]. Also, it is not quite valid to write [imath](a)_{10}[/imath] when a has already been defined as a number, not a numeral (that is, a string of digits) in base 10. And I can't read the last bit, "n tu 0" [?], which I think is supposed to mean "with n repetitions of the digit 0".
Take an example. What is the number 2^5, written in base 2? Do you see that it is 100000?
